Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item.
  • Conditions: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been worn or washed.
